Your first name and, optionally, last name; phone number; the cities and categories where you’re ready to take orders; the languages you speak; your “about you” text; your consent to be contacted.
To contact you about suitable one-off orders: the customer looks for performers, and we pass suitable orders to you.
Solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary — without it we cannot contact you about orders. You can withdraw consent at any time: write to us and we will delete your data.
We write and call only about suitable orders. No unrelated advertising; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We use Cloudflare as a processor — to host the page and store requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your requests are stored in a database in the European Union (Cloudflare, EU region). As the hosting provider, Cloudflare may process technical request data (for example, the IP address) across its global network — under the Cloudflare data processing agreement and, where needed, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses (SCC).
For as long as you want to receive order offers — but no longer than 24 months from the last contact. After that the data is deleted. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to object to it, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
